Join us for our next Mayacama Winemaker Dinner, featuring the thoughtful craftsmanship of Bricoleur Vineyards. Founder Mark Hanson and Winemaker Tom Pierson will be in attendance to share the heartfelt story of Bricoleur, a family-owned estate in Windsor built on a simple yet powerful mission: to bring people together around wine, food, and connection.
Since their first vintage in 2017, Bricoleur has focused on sustainable farming, small-lot winemaking, and creating experiences that reflect the beauty and abundance of Sonoma County. Their Russian River Valley estate is home to not only vineyards but also to olive trees, heirloom produce, culinary gardens, and bee hives—an integrated and vibrant ecosystem that shapes their approach to winemaking.

In harmony with that vision, Mayacama Executive Chef Matt Enjaian will craft a seasonal menu that echoes Bricoleur’s philosophy—pairing each course with intention and care to reflect the nuance and character of the wines. Drawing inspiration from the Sonoma landscape and the synergy between food and wine, Chef Matt’s dishes will offer a culinary reflection of Bricoleur’s sense of place.
Throughout the evening, you’ll hear insights into Bricoleur’s winemaking approach, values, and evolution over the years. With each course, you’ll taste wines that speak to the land’s character, crafted with precision and care.
Expect an evening of rich storytelling, beautiful wines, and inspired cuisine—all shared around the table in true Bricoleur fashion.
