With the holiday season just around the corner, it seems like the right time to start stocking up on some delicious Champagne.
Billecart-Salmon and Mayacama have long had a celebrated relationship, as the legendary Champagne House has supported our Club for years by allocating us generous quantities of some of their most exclusive bottlings. And 2023 is no exception.
Billecart-Salmon Blanc de Blancs & Brut Rosé
For those who are new to Mayacama and don’t know the storied history of Billecart-Salmon, we are talking about a Champagne House whose production dates back to the early 1800s.
Billecart-Salmon was first and foremost the result of a union. A union between Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon who, in 1818 and just married, founded their own Champagne House in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, a small village near Epernay. At their side was Louis Salmon, Elisabeth’s brother, and a passionate oenologist who, from the very beginning, dedicated himself to the development of the wines. From then on, their heirs have never stopped aiming for excellence in winemaking.

Today, Mathieu Roland-Billecart, the 7th generation of the family, leads the House with Antoine, Deputy General Manager in charge of export, with the support of Jean and François Roland-Billecart.

At the forefront of this celebrated portfolio is the Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé. Produced by the House since 1840 and after being brought up to date by Jean Roland-Billecart in the 1970s, the Brut Rosé made the Billecart-Salmon name famous worldwide.
Brut Rosé Gift Set
A true flagship of the brand, the Brut Rosé is a blend of Chardonnay, Meunier and Pinot Noir vinified as red wine. On the nose, this cuvée unveils a subtle aroma leading to an elegant, delicate bouquet of fine notes of red berries and zest of citrus fruits. On the palate, the wine displays a light, elegant flavor, followed by a fresh finish with a taste of delicious raspberry.
Today’s Mayacama wine offer provides members access to the Official Champagne Billecart-Salmon 2023 Holiday Offering. Multiple bottlings are available for purchase as well as two separate stunning gift sets (perfect for the Holiday gifting), and a limited amount of 2010 Vintage Brut Rosé Magnums (2010 is the first vintage Rosé released by Billecart-Salmon). We also have just three 2013 Extra Brut Jeroboam (3L) bottles available.
