Dear Mayacama Residence Club Members,

I hope this message finds you well during the holiday season. The Club looks especially warm and inviting as we enjoy this festive time of year, and we loved seeing many of you at the Member Holiday Party hosted by the Wilhelm family two weekends ago.

You are receiving this communication because your Residence Club interest is currently on our resignation list. As a follow-up to discussions at the 2025 Annual Residence Club Meeting, I want to make you aware that Jonathan will be reaching out next month with additional information.

As noted at the meeting, we are evaluating options to reduce the pressure on the resignation list for the 1/10th Fractional Residence Club. A primary concern we hear from prospective members during the sales process is the length of the current resignation list and the projected timeline for membership exit—an issue many of you know firsthand.

In the coming month, Jonathan will contact you to gauge your potential interest in a reduced refund option and to understand the range of acceptable strike prices. We will use this input to develop a plan aimed at both reducing the backlog and accelerating future sales by addressing a common objections.
