As our Residence Club continues to thrive and welcome new families, we remain focused on preserving the sense of balance, access, and enjoyment that defines the Mayacama experience. With Membership nearing full capacity, we have carefully reviewed our scheduling process to ensure it continues to serve the best interests of the entire Residence Club community.
One area of focus has been ensuring broader access to the property and maximizing the value of every Residence Club Membership throughout the year. To that end, we are making an adjustment to the way weeks are selected moving forward.
What’s Changing:
Beginning with this year’s selection process onĀ September 15, each Member will now select:
- Up to two weeks during the Prime Season, and
- At least one week during the Off Season (January 6 - March 24, November 3 - January 5, 2026) excluding key event weeks such as the Pro-Member Tournament, Thanksgiving, and the St. Patrick’s Day Tournament.
This replaces the previous model of selecting three weeks at any time of the year.
Why the Change?
With Membership nearly full, this refinement is designed to:
- Improve availability during peak times
- Encourage greater use of the property throughout the year
- Ensure equitable access for all Residence Club Members
We believe this new structure will create a more balanced experience across the community while preserving the exceptional standard of service and satisfaction you have come to expect at Mayacama.
