I am reaching out on the heels of yet another successful September filled with many outstanding events and fun filled tournaments.  Most notably, I am happy to congratulate your fellow Residence Club Members Mayumi Post and Bill Newlands for winning the overall Champion Trophies in the 2019 Women’s Member-Guest and Men’s Member Guest Championship!  A clean sweep for the Residence Club in this year’s tournaments!

In addition to the tournaments, we also hosted our Annual Residence Club meeting on Wednesday, September 11.  Thank you to all those who attended via phone as well as in person.  The link below contains the minutes to 2019’s meeting.

I encourage you to review these at your convenience.  While I believe all parts of these minutes are important, I suggest you to pay special attention to pages 2, 3 and 4 which touch on the newest Villas that have been built at Mayacama and their use as well as the recent nominal increase in your dues due to the cost of Fire Insurance. I very much appreciate you taking the time to review the meeting notes.  Brain and I are in the thick of the first round of the Selection Process.  Keep an eye out for confirmations as well as the 2nd round selection form on or before October 15, 2019.
