As the 2021 Men’s Pac-12 Championship at Mayacama grows near, we wanted to provide you with some reminders of the details about the Championship and your use of the Club during the event. First, we are extremely excited to host this Championship and grateful to The University of California, Berkeley for selecting us as their venue. The Championship rotates between Universities on an annual basis and is the season highlight for each team to compete for their Conference Championship.
We have hosted some great Championships at Mayacama in our twenty years. Yet The Men’s Pac-12 Championship will be the strongest field from top to bottom that we have ever had compete for a Championship at our Club. While we know that it is asking a lot of our Members to give up their Club for 4 days of prime playing conditions in the Spring, we feel that it is important to give something back to the game that has brought us so much enjoyment, especially over the last year. And as we always say…it’s what good clubs do!
Please take a few moments to read through some important information about the Championship and your use of the Club during the event days.
Important Information
Spectator & Volunteers
Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, the PAC-12 Conference is not permitting spectators at any of its spring sporting events. While it is disappointing that our Members are unable to come out and watch these great players compete at our Club, we do have a few remaining opportunities for our Members to experience the Championship “inside the ropes” by volunteering as Walking Scorers or Spotters. If you are interested in being a part of the Championship, CLICK HERE for Volunteer Information and how to register.
