This Mayacama Summer has been one for the ages. From our Annual Vintner Pour, to our Holiday poolside BBQs, to our ever expanding Kid’s Camp schedule, this year has been chock full of fantastic Member Events. With the addition of some amazing new Members, and with the addition of our latest Villa, we have sold all but 22 of our current developer residence inventory. As you continue to explore Membership opportunities at Mayacama, I am excited to share with you this quick update:

Welcome New Members

We are privileged to have welcomed many new Members to Mayacama in 2015. It’s because of our rapid sales velocity that we have been able to complete our latest Villa. Even with this new addition, we are left with only a limited amount of inventory to sell.

Announcing Expanded Reciprocity

Residence Members have long enjoyed having reciprocity within the Timbers Collection. As we continue to strive to offer our Members the greatest in Member benefits...I am excited to announce that we are participating with a new exchange company that will offer our Members an even larger pool of properties to use through reciprocity. This new company will offer our Members greater flexibility to structure vacations from three days in length to vacations greater than a week in length. Look for an official announcement from me in the coming weeks!

Private Residence Club - New Villa

Mayacama is thriving, and as a result of our quickly growing Membership, we are excited that our latest Villa has been completed. This is the first of a handful of new Villas that will be added to our Residence Club and boasts the timeless style of Mayacama with enhancements that will be sure to elevate the living experience.

This Golf Resorts International episode has been airing across the country recently and paints an amazing picture of Mayacama as one of the greatest private golf, residence and wine communities in the World. If you have not yet had an opportunity to tour our property, I encourage you to watch this video as it give you a first hand viewing of this secluded paradise in Wine Country that we call Mayacama.

The Future Opportunities

Thanks to the thriving environment of our Residence Club, we are excited to begin working on additional opportunities for our Members. We will soon be announcing the addition of “whole ownership” Villas to be coming up for sale within the coming months. We will also be adding a limited number of “hill side homes”. These new opportunities will give us the ability to offer the additional options that our Members and many interested prospects have been looking for. Call me for details!

2016 Selection Event

I can’t believe how fast this year has gone. Our September selection event is right around the corner. If you can see yourself coming to Mayacama next year over Mother’s Day, Our Vintners Pour, Thanksgiving, or our Major Club Tournaments…this is the event that you want to be part of. The middle of September is when our Members will request their first two Planned Vacations for 2016. These vacations are confirmed in October at which time our Members will chose their third Planned Vacation. Let’s work together in making sure you have a great experience with your first Selection Event.
