Summer may be drawing to a close, but the excitement at Mayacama is just heating up. As we gear up for a spectacular fall season, we wanted to take a moment to share an update on the remaining Villa ownership options:

• We have one quarter share remaining in a 4-bedroom Villa (expected completion date Spring 2024) which offers 1 week every month.

• We have one full ownership 4-bedroom Villa remaining (expected completion date Winter 2024)

In the options above, Quarter Share Villa owners may exchange weeks with the other 3 members in their Villa, while Full Villa owners have the complete freedom to decide when they want to use their Villa. In both of these programs, any unused time can be leased back to the Club and we will rent the nights to our membership and their guests and split any rental revenue.

Of course, our Private Residence Club Memberships remain available in either a 1/10th or 1/5th ownership and is a great option for those who are flexible and would like to stay at the club for 3-6 weeks per year.
