Exclusive Access
With the Quarter Share Villa program, members enjoy two consecutive weeks every other month in their villa. There is no lottery or selection event for your weeks, instead, each of the 4 Members will rotate weeks every year to ensure equal access. The membership share is limited to only four owners, which allows for streamlined trading of weeks among each other. Mayacama will be here to assist the members as needed.
Luxury Accommodations This program offers a daily turn-down and cleaning service as well as property maintenance and management services on a 24/7 basis. In addition, the villas are provided 24/7 security services along with access to a concierge. Golf cars are available for local transportation. Grocery shopping services are also available.
