As we continue to strive to offer the best experience to our Members and Prospective Members, we are considering offering a new shared Villa Ownership option.

Mayacama currently offers a 1/10th Lodging Membership into our Villas and Casitas, a Full Ownership option in our New Villas, and Single Family/Homesite Lots. We are considering making four 1/4 share offerings available in one of our new 3-bedroom Villas.

The new 1/4 share Villas would be fully furnished, approximately 2700sqft with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, a queen size sleeper sofa in the den, and include copious amount of indoor and outdoor entertaining space. They are the perfect place to relax and recharge with beautiful views of the golf course.
