Happy Wednesday from Mayacama! I wanted to take a few minutes to share some great updates on Mayacama with you.
New Villas Completed
Please take a few minutes to watch the video of our newly completed villas, and remodeled club house below. The Villas offer two long request additions to Mayacama.
- These Villas are available for sale, fully furnished, with the option to place them into our rent back program to mitigate ongoing costs.
- Some, if not all of the villas will be available to all Members to rent on a nightly, weekly or monthly basis. Please email or call if you’re interested in discussing either point.
Clubhouse Remodel
We are excited to offer our Members a newly furnished clubhouse. Members and guests of Mayacama have always enjoyed a fantastic 19th hole, dining or social experience. The new furniture, and expanded outdoor dining, have further positioned Mayacama as the place to be to enjoy a cocktail or meal, six days a week.
Other Real Estate Opportunities
We currently have 2 vacant lots up for sale, both of which are just over an acre. It is also likely that we will have 1 single family homes coming on the market, which will be a new build.
Membership Update
Our Charter Golf Memberships are increasing in price this Summer. I would encourage you to reach out in the coming weeks, if a Charter Golf Membership is of interest.
As of today, we are keeping our 1/10th Lodging Membership, Social Membership and National Golf Membership at their current prices. Please email, or call, to receive updated information.
