Greetings from Mayacama,

I hope you’ve been well. We’ve had a great quarter in Membership growth, and are looking for another record year. I wanted to take a few minutes to share some of the new and exciting updates at Mayacama, as well as the increased direct flight option to our local airport in Santa Rosa.

Villa Ownership
Our new Villas are just about finished…slight delay with all of the rain. 3 Villas remain available for sale. These are an exciting opportunity to own a home in Wine Country, one that is professionally managed and maintained by Mayacama, resulting in no annual ownership costs for the owner!

Homesite Lots
In April, we will be listing 3 vacant lots for sale. Each lot is just over an acre, with fantastic views of either the golf course, hillsides or both. If you have an interest in a lot, these may be the final 3 lots to ever come available.

New Flights
New Direct Flights from Denver and Dallas, to the Santa Rosa Airport, which is a mere 10 minute drive from Mayacama.

1/10th Lodging Membership
This year has started out strong in interest for our Lodging Membership. We still consider this to be one of the best real estate options in wine country. It will not be long before we are sold out. Check out the video overview here:

National & Local Golf Membership
On January 1st, we started waiting lists for both options. I’m happy to say that this process has been moving smoothly, with waiting periods around 2-3 months at this point.

Social Membership

We have a few Social Memberships remaining again, before beginning a waiting list to join.

What’s happened at the club so far in 2019…

Clubhouse Remodel

We are well underway in our clubhouse remodel, with an anticipated completion time of early May. In the meantime, a temporary bar was custom built for our living room…this has been met with such fanfare by our Members, that it’s likely we will keep this bar as a permanent addition to the clubhouse!

Membership Growth

We were happy to welcome more Members in the first quarter of this year, than in the first quarter of the past 3 years combined!

St Patricks Day Four Ball

This is our annual kick off to the season. With such a raining winter, we are all worried about the weather for the tournament…as luck would have it, the weekend was welcomed with sunny days in the mid 70’s! What a fantastic way to kick off 2019!!…please look for a video of this event in the coming days.
