It’s another beautiful “Winter” day as I write this email in sunny, 65-degree weather, contemplating hitting the range this afternoon. This is a far different January than I grew up with in Wisconsin!

2018 was the best year in Membership growth at Mayacama in the past decade, culminating in Mayacama reaching capacity in several Membership categories. As we begin 2019, I’m excited to share with you, what’s new at Mayacama:

Clubhouse Remodel: On January 27th, we will begin phase I of our clubhouse remodel. Much of the clubhouse will remain open during the remodel, offering Members and guests the same inviting dining atmosphere, 19th hole and wine cave access they’ve come to enjoy. This part of the remodel will better tie in the courtyard to the bar & grill, add additional outdoor dining options, and re-furnish the entire clubhouse.

New Villa Rentals: Our newest Villas will be completed, and ready for occupancy shortly. We are very excited to bring these new Villas to completion, as they will greatly increase nightly and weekly rental availability for all Members.

National & Charter Golf Memberships: Mayacama is now on a waiting list to join the golf club for our non-refundable Charter and National Membership options. We are happy to say that we do have a limited number of Refundable Memberships available to both Charter and National Members.

Social Membership: We once again have a few Social Memberships available.

1/10th Private Residence Club: This Membership continues to see our strongest growth, and for good reason. This mixture of having a second home in wine country, and a golf/social Membership at Mayacama is a winning combination, and arguably one of the best deals in wine country. As we move closer to capacity, it will not be long before we are on a waiting list to join this Membership as well.

Villa Ownership: Phase I of our newest ownership is moving closer to completion. Perhaps one of the most exciting real estate opportunities in the country, Villa Owners will enjoy the unique opportunity to have a professionally managed and maintained vacation home in wine country, on a top 100 golf course, and without the costs and time commitments typical to home ownership.

Vacant Lots: If you’re looking to build your dream home, as of this email, we have two vacant lots available for purchase.
