A little over a month ago, we sent out a survey to gauge the interest in offering a new ownership structure at Mayacama…more specifically, a 1/4 share Villa Ownership in one of our newly completed Villas. With such a high level of interest, we have decided to move forward on this offering. Please take a few minutes to read through the information below. The Villa will be one of our new Villas, completed within the last couple of months, This Villa is fully furnished, 2700 sqft, with 3-bedrooms, 3.5-bathrooms and the ever popular Harvest Room.. Perched between our 3rd Green and 4th Tee, this is golf course living in Wine Country at its finest.
There is no better way to enjoy Wine Country than through the carefree & immersive lifestyle that our 1/4 share Villa Ownership offers. Whether staying for a night, a week, or a month at a time, owners will enjoy the luxuries of a professionally managed and maintained residence. To add to the benefits of ownership, each of our 1/4 shareholders will have the opportunity to rent some of their unused time back to Mayacama, as well as to participate in our reciprocal program with many properties across the world.

- Year-Round Golf Club Membership Included with full golf, clubhouse, spa, fitness center, pool, and tennis facility privileges
- Each owner will receive 1 week every month. As an example: owner (a) will have the first week of every month on year one, the second week of every month the following year, the third week of every month in year 3, etc…
- Since there are only 3 other owners in your Villa, you will know what weeks every other owner has. This makes trading weeks amongst each other easy
- You will be able to lease some of your weeks back to Mayacama, for us to rent to our Members
- You will enjoy the benefit of reciprocity with our reciprocal partner
- There will be daily housekeeping and turndown service
- You will have a golf cart to drive on property
- We can provide pre-arrival grocery shopping
- 24-hour concierge and security is provided
