Can I rent my Villa out? If so, are there any restrictions?
This ownership is very flexible. As an owner, you may use your Villa as much as you want, and lease your Villa back to Mayacama as much as you like. We will then rent your Villa, and we will split all of the rental revenue with you.

Is there another leaseback option?
Yes, if you lease your Villa back to Mayacama for an equivalent of 8 months or more per year, we will cover all of your Villa annual costs including: property tax, insurance, utilities, interior and exterior maintenance, and more. You retain full control of when you want to use your villa, as well as the flexibility to decide how far in advance you want us to begin renting your villa to other Members.

What about my Golf Club Dues?
Villa Owners who lease their Villa back to Mayacama for 8 months or more per year, will have No Annual Golf Club Dues. What ever your Annual Dues are today, they will become $0 with this ownership.

What if I want to sell my Villa?
You may sell your Villa by utilizing our sales team, or you may list your Villa with another Broker. You have full control.
