It was a pleasure hosting you for the Trans-Miss Four-Ball this year. If you enjoyed your time with us, we would welcome an opportunity to discuss the potential to welcome you to Mayacama through one of our National Membership options. You may not be aware of this, but Mayacama offers many membership and ownership opportunities, ranging from Social Membership to Custom Home Ownership, and several offerings in between. As we hope you saw, there are no heirs here - Members, Owners, and their guests are joined by a shared love of food, wine and the goof life in wine country. When you join Mayacama, you are home.

Option 1 - Social Membership: The Social Membership at Mayacama offers Members the opportunity to experience the romantic and idyllic wine country experience that many dream about, but few are fortunate to experience. There is always a buzz around the club with WineMakers Dinners, Complimentary Wine Pours, Golf and Tennis events, Spa and Fitness Center, and outings to nearby wineries.

Option 2 - National Golf Membership: With no tee times required, when golf is played at Mayacama, the game returns to it's time-honored origins. Guided by caddies, golfers take to the deep green fairways snaking through golden valleys and oak-studded hills that is surely among the very best of the courses that carry the Jack Nicklaus signature. When not on the course, golfers are immersed in the wine country lifestyle enjoyed by our Social Members. 

Option 3 - 1/10th Private Residence Club Membership: A truly effortless vacation home ownership, Members enjoy 3 Planned Vacations annually, with the additional benefit of unlimited Short Notice vacations and unlimited Space Available vacations. All stays are only at the cost of a housekeeping fee. Private Residence Club Members also enjoy a full social or golf membership into the Mayacama Golf Club, as well as reciprocal privileges with our reciprocal partners. 

Option 4 - Villa Ownership: Villas are sold fully furnished including linens, plates, utensils, etc... Villas are sold inclusive of a club membership. Owners may use their Villas as much as they like and will agree to lease them back to Mayacama when not in owner use. If the owner agrees to lease their Villa back to Mayacama for 8 months per year, Mayacama will cover 100% of the Villa Ownership costs including property tax, Insurance, HOA, utilities and more. 

Option 5 - Single Family Homes and Vacant Lots: Even though Mayacama is all of 675 acres, we are only permitted to build a maximum of 31 single family estate homes. We currently have one lot for sale, just above the 9th tee box, asking $1,100,000.
