Hi ${Contacts.First Name}, I hope you’re well! This is just a brief reminder that there are only a few weeks remaining to join Mayacama, before our pricing changes take effect on January 1, 2019. As a reminder from my last email, beginning January 1st, the only Golf Memberships available for sale will be any Membership that may be on a waiting list to sell. The average price of these Memberships are substantially higher than our current non-refundable offering. This month is the last opportunity to join Mayacama, and be guaranteed our lower Membership price. Also beginning on January 1st, we will create a waiting list for new Members who would like to join at the lower priced non-refundable Membership. This waiting list could take several months, or several years to work through. Please note that we will continue to offer our 1/10th Private Residence Club Membership, as well as our Social Memberships to the extent one is up for resale. Lastly, we are excited for our new Villas to be completed. These new Villas will greatly increase the ability for all Members to stay at Mayacama. Members from across the world will now be able to enjoy all that Mayacama offers, more frequently than in the past. Please contact me if you remain interested in the Club.
