Hi ${Contacts.First Name}, I hope you’re well! We’ve had another great year of Membership growth at Mayacama, and with that, we are announcing a major change in Membership availability. We are down to our last few Golf Memberships available for the non-refundable price of $75,000 for a Charter Member and $65,000 for a National Member. Starting January 1, 2019, these two Memberships will only come available if and when a Member with this specific membership resigns their Membership. In the meantime, interested prospective Members will be added to our waiting list to join. We will still be offering our full Local and National Golf Memberships at a market rate dictated by the Memberships on the resign list. These Memberships are 75% refundable, with an average price of $154,000 for a Local Membership, and $100,000 for a National Membership.
Another major change is our increase in residential rental availability. Our next four Villas are nearly completed. We anticipate two of our Villa being ready for occupancy in December, and two more in January. These four Villas mean big things for all Members. This is the beginning of substantially improved rental availability for all of our Golf, Social, Vintner and Residence Club Members. Once these are completed and sold, we will begin construction on the next 8 Villas, which will be the final Villas to be built at Mayacama!
