Dear Members, By now you should have received our recent communication about the Rental Reservation Policy, effective January 2, 2019. As you all know, we have faced lodging challenges over the past several years and we believe this new program & our new Villas will offer the flexibility for all Members to take full advantage of your rental needs throughout the year here at Mayacama. Read the Rental Reservation Policy Letter in full HERE. Also beginning on January 1, 2019 the only Golf Memberships available for sale will be those on the Club’s resigned list. The average price of these first five Memberships are $165,000 which is substantially higher than our current non-refundable offering at $75,000 (Charter) and $65,000 (National). Once the new year begins our membership price will mirror the membership prices on our resigned list. We will also create a waiting list for new Members who would like to join at the lower priced non-refundable Membership with prices increasing for every 5 people added to our waiting list to join. These last few weeks in December will be the final opportunity for your friends to join the Club at these non-refundable prices.
