Greetings and Happy Holidays from Fred at Mayacama where we had another amazing year in which we saw continued growth in Membership, new updates to our already outstanding golf course, and the introduction of our new whole ownership opportunity.  These additions, changes and updates throughout this year are sure to make 2017 the most exciting year since the Club opened in 2001.

Looking back at 2016……

NEW MEMBERS WELCOMED

2016 proved to be a banner year in sales.  With a month and a half remaining in the year, we’ve been fortunate to welcome more Members to Mayacama in 2016 than we welcomed in all of 2015.  In-fact this year has also seen two of our Membership categories fill with a third category poised to fill very soon.  If you have been considering becoming a member there may be no better time than right now as we push towards finishing 2016 strong.  Should you be interested in exploring your options of membership or ownership here please contact me at 415-827-2455 or via email at [email protected].

NEW GREENS AND BUNKERS

As you may already know, we regressed our first 10 greens in April of this year…..and they play fantastic!  We are currently finishing up regressing our final 8 greens.  We have also taken this opportunity to redo all of our bunkers and are now preparing to regrass all of our tee boxes.  We’ve virtually given our Members a new golf course at no cost to them.  The golf experience at Mayacama has always been a special one, but that experience will pale in comparison to the one awaiting our Members in 2017!

VILLA OWNERSHIP – Your New Whole Ownership Option

We have quietly made available a brand-new Villa Ownership opportunity for those discerning members that want all the benefits of whole ownership without any of the hassles.  Our unique leaseback structure will allow Villa Owners the ability to enjoy their Villas with zero annual maintenance costs, as well as a full golf membership with zero annual dues.  It doesn’t get any better than this folks!  We have yet to fully market this very limited program but we have been fortunate enough to place over a third of our Villas under reservation agreement.  If you would like additional information of this unique one of a kind opportunity, please contact me. 

PRIVATE RESIDENCE CLUB UPDATE

Always our most popular Membership, our Private Residence Club Members experience was enhanced further this year with the addition of privileged reciprocity to over 75 luxury properties around the world with the introduction of Elite Alliance.  As a bonus our members now also have reciprocity to a 116-foot luxury yacht complete with captain and crew.  This year we’ve welcomed new Members from Illinois, Texas, Canada, New York, as well as many from both Southern and Northern California.  Mayacama continues it’s very strong local and national membership. 

2016 has been a spectacular year at Mayacama and 2017 looks even better!  As always, it’s been a pleasure assisting you with your interest in Mayacama throughout the year and I look forward to an opportunity to welcome you to our club in the near future.
