Greetings from Mayacama where we had another amazing year in which we saw continued growth in Membership, new updates to our already outstanding golf course, and the introduction of a new ownership opportunity. The additions, changes and updates throughout this year will be sure to make 2017 the most exciting year since the Club opened in 2001.

As the year comes to a close , and as we finish updating our golf course, you  have a final opportunity to take advantage of our special incentive  offered during the regrassing period. NEW MEMBERS WELCOMED

2016 has been a banner year in sales. With a month and a half remaining in the year, we’ve been fortunate to welcome more Members to Mayacama in 2016 than we welcomed in all of 2015. This year has also seen two of our Membership categories fill to capacity. We are aggressively pushing to finish 2016 strong. If you are interested in exploring Membership, please contact me.

NEW GREENS AND BUNKERS

As you may know, we regrassed our first 10 greens in April of this year...and they play absolutely amazing!!  We are currently finishing regrassing of our final 8 greens. We’ve also taken this opportunity to redo all of our bunkers and are now preparing to regrass all of our tee boxes.  We’ve virtually given our Members a new golf course at no cost to them. The golf experience at Mayacama has always been a special one, but that experience will pale in comparison to the one awaiting our Members in 2017!

VILLA OWNERSHIP – Your New Whole Ownership Option

We have quietly made available a brand new Villa Ownership opportunity. Our unique ownership and leaseback structure will allow Villa Owners the ability to enjoy their Villas with zero annual or maintenance costs, as well as a full golf membership to Mayacama with no annual dues.  We have yet to fully market or begin construction, but we’ve been fortunate to place over a third of our Villas under reservation agreement.  If you would like additional information, floorplans, site locations, etc., please contact me!

PRIVATE RESIDENCE CLUB UPDATE

Always our most popular Membership, our Private Residence Club Members experience was enhanced further with the addition of privileged reciprocity to over 75 properties across the world with the introduction of Elite Alliance. This year we’ve welcomed new Members from Illinois, Texas, Canada, New York, as well as Southern and Northern California. We continue to have a very strong local and national membership.
