Introducing Whole Ownership Villas at Mayacama

We’ve just released a new full ownership option at Mayacama, so I am reaching out to you to see if you have any clients who may be interested. This is a very limited offering, with only 4 additional Villas being released in this phase. Please call or email me to discuss further, or to come tour the site.

Mayacama Villas are sold fully furnished, and include a full membership to the club. Once your client buys the Villa, they will have no additional costs with the ownership or maintenance of their Villa.

We are releasing 4 Villas in Phase I

• Fully furnished, including a full club and golf membership
  
• 3 bedrooms with an optional 4th bedroom or study
  
• 3.5 - 4 bathrooms
  
• 4 fireplaces
  
• Owners have 4 months/year of usage with full control over how they use their 4 months. This can be 4 months in a row, a week here and there, etc.
  
• The remaining 8 months per year, the Villa will be rented to our Members and guests.
  
• Owners control when they release their unused time for rental. They can give us all of their dates before January 1, or they can release dates as we move through every month.
  
• Initial Offering Price is $3,200,000 - $3,500,000
  
• Zero Annual Costs of Ownership. Through the leaseback agreement, Mayacama guarantees to cover the owners:

  • Utilities, TV, Internet, water, phone
    
  • Landscaping, interior/exterior maintenance
    
  • Reserves, repairs, replacement
    
  • Insurance
    
  • Management
    
  • Daily Housekeeping
• No Golf or Club Dues as long as you continue to own the Villa in the leaseback program. This benefit extends down a vertical family line.
  
• Any rental revenues above the costs that the club bares, will be split 45/45 between Mayacama and the Villa Owner
