Mayacama Golf Club cordially invites you to compete in the 15th Annual Women’s Member-Guest Golf Tournament. Please keep this tournament information for your future reference.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
This tournament will be an 18-hole two-person team event and the format is “One-Better-Ball of the Two Partners” using the Stableford Point System. Two players play as partners, each playing her own ball. The lower net score for the partners is the score for the hole. If one partner fails to complete the play of a hole, there is no penalty. In the Stableford Point System, players receive points per hole as follows:
• Net Double Bogey or Higher: 0 Points
• Net Bogey: 1 Point
• Net Par: 2 Points
• Net Birdie: 3 Points
• Net Eagle: 4 Points
• Net Double Eagle: 5 Points
HANDICAP INFORMATION
Members and guests MUST have an established current USGA Handicap Index to compete for net prizes. The Tournament Committee will be using your current USGA Handicap Index as of September 1, 2015. Each player will receive 95% of her Course Handicap. Maximum allowable Course Handicap is 36 Strokes. The maximum handicap differential between partners is 10 Strokes.
TEAMS
Teams will be comprised of one Mayacama Member and one invited guest.
PAIRINGS
Teams will be paired based on handicaps unless otherwise requested. Pairings and hole assignments will be posted in the Golf Shop on Sunday, September 6, 2015.
TEES
All competitors shall play from the Forward Tee Markers.

4:30 - 7:30 pm - Welcome Reception - Cocktails & Heavy Hors d’oeuvres
Closest to the Hole, Putting Contests, Trunk Shows, Music, and more!
Friday, September 11
7:00 am - 8:15 am - Breakfast in the Clubhouse
8:30 am - Shotgun Start 18 Holes (Light Fare available at The Turn & On-Course)
1:00 - 3:00 pm - Awards Luncheon at Mayacama Golf Club
RULES OF GOLF
Play will be governed by the Rules of Golf as approved by the United States Golf Association. Questions shall be settled by the Mayacama Golf Club Tournament Committee, whose decision shall be final. Knowledge of and adherence to the rules are integral parts of sportsmanship. Each contestant should place special emphasis on knowledge of the Rules of Golf.
PRIZES / CHAMPIONS
The field will be divided into flights based on the number of entries received. Each flight winner will receive their own commemorative trophy. The team with the most points will be designated Overall Champion and in addition to receiving their own commemorative trophy, their names will be displayed on the Champions' Board in the Clubhouse.
ENTRY FEE
The entry fee for this event is $350 per-two person team. The entry fee includes a complimentary practice round on Thursday, September 10, 2015, guest fees, tournament round, a welcome package, prizes, and all meals and functions listed on the Schedule of Events for you and your guest. Caddie fees are not included.
ENTRY CLOSING
All entry forms must be received no later than 5:00 pm on Sunday, August 30, 2015. All entrants shall register on the Members Only Website for an electronic confirmation. All players must contact the Golf Shop to confirm receipt of online registration. Verbal and telephone entries will not be accepted.

• Add optional notes you would like to make to your booking.
• Click REGISTER
• Print Confirmation and Close.
• Contact the Golf Shop at 707 569 2915 to confirm receipt of your entry.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and no-shows will be responsible for 100% of the Entry Fee.
NON-TOURNAMENT PLAY
Non-tournament starting times will be limited. Please contact the Golf Shop for availability.
