On behalf of the Mayacama Vintner Members, we are pleased to invite you to participate in Mayacama Golf Club’s 9th annual Vintner Cup Championship. The Vintner Cup continues to be a tremendous success; centered around two of life’s pleasures, golf and wine. This event creates an opportunity for you and our Vintner Members to become better acquainted through a friendly competition along with sharing a glass or two of wine.

CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT
Two Best Balls of Four “Shamble”. In Two Best Balls of Four “Shamble”, each player tees off and the best drive is selected and each player plays his or her own ball into the hole. The two best “net” balls of the four players will be the team score for the hole.

ELIGIBILITY
Open to all Golf Members in good standing of Mayacama Golf Club.

HANDICAP
The Championship Committee will be using your current USGA Handicap Index as of May 1, 2014. Maximum allowable handicap is 24 strokes for men and 36 strokes for women.

TEAMS
Each team will consist of four persons – one Mayacama Vintner Member and three Mayacama Members. Members may enter as a single entry or with two other Mayacama Members to form your three person team. Due to the popularity of this event, guests will only be permitted on a space available basis and once the entry deadline has passed.

6:00 - 7:00 pm “Draw Party”
6:45 pm "The Draw"
7:00 pm Dinner is Served

Saturday, May 10, 2014
7:00 - 8:15 am Check-in & Breakfast Buffet
8:15 am Welcome & Format Explanation at the Driving Range
8:30 am Shotgun Start
11:30 am Lunch Delivered on the Golf Course
4:00 - 7:00 pm 10th Annual All Vintner Pour $125++ (Separate Registration Required)

Championship results posted in the Courtyard and prizes available for pickup in the Golf Shop.

ENTRY FEE
The Entry Fee for this event is $200 per person and includes all championship prizes, scheduled events, and tee prizes. Caddie Fees are not included. The field will be limited and entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note this entry fee does not include the All Vintner Pour on Saturday evening.

ENTRY CLOSING
The field will be limited and entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. All online registrations must be received no later than 5:00 pm on Sunday, April 27, 2014. All entrants MUST register on the Members Only website for an electronic confirmation. All players must contact the Golf Shop to confirm receipt of entry or online registration. Verbal and telephone entries will not be accepted.

ENTRY - ONLINE REGISTRATION
Please follow these easy steps to register and receive a confirmation for your place in the Championship.

• Go to www.mayacama.com and click on MEMBER LOGIN in the upper right corner of the page.
• Contact the Golf Shop or Claire Thomas at 707 569 2902 if you need assistance logging on to the site.
• Navigate to the CALENDAR and click on the Vintner Cup Championship.
• Click the REGISTER button.
• You may register yourself and two other Members.
• Click the QUESTIONS button and answer the questions.
• Add optional notes you would like to make to your booking.
• Click REGISTER
• Print Confirmation and Close.
• Contact the Golf Shop to confirm receipt of your entry.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and no-shows will be responsible for 100% of the Entry Fee.

NON-CHAMPIONSHIP PLAY
Non-championship starting times will be limited. Please contact the Golf Shop for availability.
