Mayacama Golf Club cordially invites you to participate in a special golf match to celebrate the year of the Ryder Cup!
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
The tournament will be a two-day team competition using three forms of Match Play. Saturday morning matches will be Four-Balls (better-ball-of-two), Saturday afternoon 9-hole matches will be Foursome (alternate shot), and Sunday's matches will be Single matches.
Points are awarded to each side as follows:
1 Point for winning a match
½ Point for a match that ends “All Square”
The team accumulating the highest point total will win the “Mayacama Ryder Cup”.
TEAMS
The two teams, one representing the USA and the other Europe will consist of 12 players (men and women) per team. Players will be assigned to their teams solely by handicaps.
TOURNAMENT ELIGIBILITY
Open to all Golf Members in good standing of Mayacama Golf Club. Only players who are available to play in all scheduled matches should enter.
HANDICAP INFORMATION
All players must have an established USGA Handicap Index to compete in this celebration tournament. Maximum Course Handicap Allowance is 24 Strokes for Men and 32 Strokes for Women. The Tournament Committee will use your Handicap Index as of June 15, 2014.

8:00 – 9:00 am - Breakfast is Served
9:30 am - Shotgun Start: Four-Ball Matches
1:30 - 2:30 pm - Lunch
3:00 pm - 9 Hole Foursome Match (time approximate)
5:00 - 6:00 pm - Cocktails & Hors d’oeuvres
Evening Open
Sunday, June 29
8:00 - 9:00 am - Breakfast is Served
9:30 am - Shotgun Start: Single Matches
1:30 - 2:30 pm - Awards Lunch
ENTRY FEE
The entry fee for this tournament is $275 per Member. Entry fees include all meals listed on the Schedule of Events, a commemorative gift, and a uniform package for all players for two days. Caddie fees are not included. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and no-shows will be responsible for 100% of the entry fee.
ENTRY CLOSING
All entrants MUST register on the Members Only Website for an electronic confirmation. All players must contact the Golf Shop to confirm receipt of entry or online registration. Verbal and telephone entries will not be accepted. Note: The field will be limited to the first 24 players who submit their entry forms. In the event that more than 24 players enter, players will be admitted to the field in groups of four so as to enable the formats to be observed.

• Add optional notes you would like to make to your booking.

• Print Confirmation and Close.
